Calisthenics Vs Modern Training Methods

 Most people are looking for the best way to become fit.  There are many reasons to be fit, some want longevity, others want strength, and others want a great appearance.  Whatever your goal is, you want to become fit to achieve it!  In today’s world, almost everyone is convinced that the only way to become healthy and fit is to go to the gym.  But the truth is you can build an amazing physique, gain maximum strength, improve mobility, and develop muscular endurance with just your body weight.  I am not saying the gym is useless, actually, I have respect for anyone who tries to become better and improve health with any method.  What I am trying to say is there is a method that anyone can use anywhere anytime to achieve any fitness goal with minimum equipment.  Not only that but also using calisthenics as your main training style is much safer and more functional than training in the gym.  Gym and modern fitness methods could be more harmful t...
